E 150 Power lock,lights, clock/radio related problem???

E 150 Power lock,lights, clock/radio related problem???
I have a 1999 E 150 triton V8 hightop conversion van. It is a Sherrod conversion. I have these three problems and was wondering if they are related.
1 and 2. When I press the power lock button in the van, it will only lock the doors and only the two front doors and the rear doors, it does not lock the side doors. AlSo,when you open the side doors the interior lights do not go on. AND, every once in a while pressing the button will both lock and unlock the doors, at the same time the interior lights will turn on when the side doors are open. This will happen only one time every once in a while. ALSO, the remote on the key fob does not work and it has new batteries.
3.the clock/channel selection no longer is illuminated. Radio does work.
