Default E-350 super duty shifts to neutral

2001 e-350 super duty with 4r100 transmission, fluids not burned and is full but when I back out of driveway and shift to drive it starts to pull away then it sounds like it goes to neutral and the engine revs up, Take foot of gas and it will engage and drive off, No other problems until I come to a stop then it does it all over again

It has 156,000 on it any Ideas, Pulling pan tomorrow to check if its self destructing,

Ok Im begging for HELP, Pulled pan off today and tested solenoid pack, There was nothing in the pan, no metal so transmission isn't self destructing, Solenoid pack ohmed out ok except for transmission temperature circuit but don't see how this could cause the problem. Could it be the ECM ?

Rechecked my ohm readings on solenoid pack today, EPC was 26,000 ohms pulled wires on pack and tested there and it was 4.5 ohms within specs, Need new connector the wire test fine but when I plug it in to the valve it starts at 0 and goes to 26,000 bad connection at solenoid

Don't work on a vehicle when your tired, Ohmed the temp gauge not the EPC got the wrong wires on harness, Did find out part of My Problem, I bought this truck a year ago and today when I went to put the pan back on it was hitting something, The pan had taken a pretty good hit and was bent and it has smashed the filter on the Transmission it had broke a piece of plastic off and it was no where to be found, It must of gone thru the pump and is now distributed thru the tranny

UPDATE, Went to 3 transmission shops all said rebuild 2000.00 - 3000.00 told them it didn't act up all the time so pulled pan and it was clean as a whistle. When I went to put pan back on it stopped short 3/8 of an inch of coming into contact with tranny, Thought whats it hitting, It was the filter pan was bent so dug old filter out of trash and it was smashed, There was a hole in the top of filter allowing it to suck in air

Flushed entire system with new filter and fluid and no problems shifting now, Don't listen to what all the experts condemn without doing some investigating work first
