e250 modifications
Since nobody makes the van I want, i think i have to make it myself. I want a van that can tow 5000 lbs, haul at least 1,000 lbs, drives ok on the highway, and looks semi-decent.
After i get my 94 e250 on the road (picking up a new motor this weekend), I'd like to make it how I want it over the next year.
I'd like to lower it a little to improve handling (but maintain at least 1/2 ton payload)
install a lower ratio ring and pinion to help highway cruising
install a rear sway bar if it will help the body sway
fit slightly wider wheels.
nows the hard part, i can't find any of this stuff for an E250, or even for a F250 for that year.
my questions:::
should i sell this 250 and buy a 150?
where can I find aftermarket parts like this? Google isn't much help.
