This is an update on a thread I posted on 4/25 about my tranny slipping in first. Well since then I got up the nerve to pull the tranny and see if I could fix it myself. It turns out that the forward frictions and steels were shot. Everything else looked good so I left it alone. I got an input shaft, forward drum, frictions and steels off eBay for cheap and it looked like new. So I installed it and tranny runs great.
