Default Easy way to Cover area effected by rust. Behind Rear Wheels

Hello,

We are having to use one of our older vans for business lately. However there is some rust behind the rear wheels on the edge of the panel. I’m looking for something that we can put over the panel once the rust is cut out. We don’t have the time to repair it correctly. The van needs to be in service for jobs. I have included some photos. I’m looking at some adhesive panels that go around the bottom of the entire van. But looking for other suggestions.

Area that needs to be covered once rust is removed.

Photo of the van.
