Default Electrical problem with windows

I have a 99 van that's having an electrical issue. The window locks go up and down whenever they want. Sometimes just standing next to it evn when not running the locks will pop open and shut on their own. Anyone experience this problem? Any ideas what could cause it?

Nope. No keyless entry, I'll probably have to take it to the dealership. It is real annoying, can't leave it running to warm up and it's cold outside, afraid the doors will lock and the other half lost the only other key.
