ford e350 mix water in oil ..help

ford e350 mix water in oil ..help
hello from puerto rico
i have a econoline 350 1997 5.4 engine ! and today i check the canister water refill ! and no have water! so i check the oil and is mixed with water ! the van is no overheat, and when i start is start and no have problem! i see the oil filter have a cool sistem of wather with 2 lines ! i think is that the problem! but i dont know how i cant check that !
if i remove the 2 houses of wather of the oil filter base! i cant start the engine to check that?
and if any here have a engine diagram and parts of that engine in pdf please send to v.mvelez@hotmail.com
