idle problem

i think i may have this issue, my battery ran dead, i mean dead. when i jumped it off van ran fine, but after a few minutes is started to run bad at idle, and make sort of a small ticking noise. i wonder if the IAC did a reset, and if so what is the soultion to getting it back on track?

reset disconnect battery and do a relearn drive regular road under 45 mph for 25 miles and should work from there thats the relearn on any ford
