I am new here. I am just seeking help for a currently homeless person living in a van.

He is needing to remove the 3rd row seats from a 2013 Ford E-150 Econoline.

Can anyone tell me how this is done, or what type of automotive shop that can do this?

Here are the man's thoughts on this (I don't know if it is accurate):
"it requires the fuel tank to be loosened because the seat has steel plates that hold the bolts can't get no type tools under 2" space of the floor and gas tank."
