Need help with lock

Default Need help with lock
Hi, for the last 2 days,Ihave beentrying to unclock all the doors with the all door unlock switch, but itdoesn't work. Some how we must have put the child proof lock on or maybe it broke...i dont know. Please someone tell me how to take it off or if there is any way to fix it.
