Sorry I'm not sure, should be under the hood, and that vacuum line shouldn't be longer than 1 foot, so look around near your MAP and see. If not just remove the doghouse.

I was able to find it and put the hose back in place. She's idling great and sounds perfect but i did take her out for a drive to see if she stalled on me while driving and she did stall while driving but then came back to life. Almost like she is holding her breath. I am going to try and pick up a new MAP today and get it installed and see how she does.

Stalling still, you should try the limp mode first by disconnecting the 3-pin electrical connector. In limp mode the engine shouldn't stall.

Yes, it's safe to drive in limp mode diagnostic purpose, just don't drive too far.

So i disconnected the wires and my check engine light immediately came on which was the first time it has come on. Am i looking at a bad MAP sensor?

With the MAP electrical connector removed, your van shouldn't stall at traffic light or idling and you said it didn't stall while warming up on the driveway, that's a good sign. And while driving in limp mode, especially accelerating, any weird things can happen, including the hesitation.
So I should say, 90% your MAP sensor is bad and need to be replaced. So plug the connector back, and slow charge your battery overnight too, so many short trip driving and starter cranking. Good luck and let us know the result.

So i installed the new MAP and same symptoms. Stalling while driving but then re-engages. When i stall i take my foot off of the gas, she will coast for a few seconds and then catches again but then i get a strong wiff of gas when she engages back.

Is there a certain period of time i should give the new MAP sensor work work out its kinks with the computer? Or does that not even matter?

MAP is a major sensor, and yes you need to reset the ECU. Last time I had the same problem same symptom with my other car and I kept focusing on the fuel issues in the beginning, I didn't reset it and the stalling disappeared instantly. If you don't have the code reader try disconnecting the battery ground for an hour or so.
