I would suspect either you have a poor ground connection for the TFI module or the module itself is defective.
Are you able to have it tested at a local auto supply store?

On the TFI module should be a Blk/Wht wire that provides the ground for the module. That wire gets it's ground from the Org/Red wire that comes from the computer ign ground.
The dark Blue wire on the module gets the signal from the dist to trigger the ground for the module. These grounds need to be verified with the engine cranking so we know the pick-up coil in the dist is working.

I figured it out.... One of the pins on the coil was bent out of place and not making contact..... WE HAVE SPARK AGAIN...

Thanks for all of the info...

glad you got it working again.

I don't think he could mean the coil itself because we were all over that thing and he might be talking about a different part. Glad he got it going too.

I've heard that one could bend the pins on those plugs. not being careful while installing electronic parts can do that. it rarely happens but, it does happen from time to time

hanky it was the two prong plug on coil the to be more precise. And grindman is correct, you must be careful especially with these order plugs and connectors. I will say I've found new appreciation for this forum. Got some great help..
