Default Noob Here. Should I Buy This E-150?

Hey all! I'm looking for a cheapish vehicle to use in the process of redoing my home and yard so hauling lumber, plywood and drywall or even stacking some block in there for retaining walls and stuff. I think I'd even invest in a little trailer to haul gravel and topsoil, ect, too. The thing is, I don't know anything about these vans. My original search was for 2000-2004 Chrysler Town and Countries or Dodge Grand Caravans because there are AWD models available (I live in Michigan), sheets of plywood fit in the back, and some have trailer towing upgrades. The trouble is that decent ones with all that I'm looking for don't show up too often. I saw this E-150 with no hitch on Facebook near my house, and I'm wondering if there are wise people here who could tell me if it's worth looking at and opine on the price. Thanks in advance!

It looks good to me. You can buy a trailer hitch just made to bolt on for that at Amazon. I think I gave around $100 for mine. It fits the existing holes. My 94 has 130,000. I gave $1400 for it and paid $300 for a windshield. They will pull a 5x10 trailer with ease. I have had my trailer loaded with firewood.

Thanks for responses, guys. Yeah, it sold. As you probably know, you've gotta be quick to the pounce for the vehicles worth having on Facebook. This van was 80 miles away and I just don't know anything about E150s to pull the trigger that fast. I've added this type of van to my list, though, so hopefully I'll get lucky with something old and cheap! Cheers!
