Well I agree with the thought that "if the fitting is tightening down then the flares should seal". My buddy has just got back from vacation and he also agrees and will be stopping over it the next few days(as soon as this Ohio weather warms up a bit).He installs over head industrial cranes and is a mechanical wiz. First thing on his list is to ditch the copper/nickel brake line and go with the steel brake line. He's got a tube bender, cutter and a flaring tool if needed so working with the steel line now shouldn't be a problem. Hope this will finally get this van road/work worthy since we have a lot of other equipment to get ready/prep for the upcoming season (I own a small 9 person hardscaping/landscaping company). I truly appreciate all the help/advice from you guys!!! And will keep you informed on what happens. Again...THANKS!!!!
