i am looking for a way to improve my e250 2010 ( extended) by lowering coil springs : cutting or buying.

1: Where to buy ? I am looking for a reasonable price. Brand ,model number. I look on the net but nothing comes up.
2: Or how to cut the spring ?

​​​​​reason: making the vehicle more stable and a better handling. E series is know to have unstable rides on highway with stock coil spring.
