Van power steering dead on one side

Default Van power steering dead on one side
92 E-150 . power steering does not work turning right but works fine turning left. ALready checked and changed the pump but no difference. No leaks visible. Is there a variable pressure valve of some kind in the steering gear that can be replaced??
