I need to at least change the gears in the passenger side window lift motor on my '85 Econoline. With the door panel off, you can see nothing. I know I need to drill out some rivets, but not sure which ones or how many. Will the motor come right out or do I need to remove the regulator too? I can see 4 rivets, do they all need to be drilled out? Will the replacement motor come with gears and rivets or bolts to replace the ones I drill out?

 

No ideas?
