Default window motor for 1989 Econoline 150

How do you replace a driver's side window motor for a 1989 Ford Econoline 150? I'm having trouble getting started. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is anything like my 86 F-150 there are three rivets holding it in place. You drill them out after unplugging the wires then place the new motor and re-rivet it. While you are in there it is a good idea to go ahead and grease the pivet points and the gears for the window.

Hopefully Hayapower will double check my math to make sure that I gave you the right info.
