You can try the following and let us know if it changes the start up time.
When you would expect the delayed start up, turn the key on, then off, wait 3 seconds, Do this again and one more time. This will cause the in tank fuel pump to reprime the system. If that gets rid of the extended crank time before start problem, let us know and we may be able to offer an explanation of what to do next, OK?
