Bought a new 2015 AWD Edge in July of 2016. I have had this car less than 2 years. I noticed about 3 months ago the car would have a significant jerk and transmission would "clunk" when I first put it in drive after sitting for several hours. It didn't matter if I let the car warm up. I will also intermittently get a hard downshift clunk right about 32 mph while slowing in freeway traffic. It happens most often when I have been going over 50 mph and slow down without breaking or with very light breaking. I have had it back to the dealer for the 3rd time and they have reset the transmission 3 times and replaced a shift solenoid. Now they tell me they can't find anything wrong with it and want me to come pick it up. After the car has been driven, it will go in and out of park smoothly. This car also had the driveshaft replaced at 9000 miles due to bad factory installation.
Anyone had similar problems? or ideas of what the problem may be?
