I purchased a new 2015 Edge back in September 2015. The vehicle has been back to the dealer for a water leak on the front passenger side now for the fourth time. Has anyone else had this problem? I've been in contact with Ford customer service and now waiting to see if they will declare it a lemon. This is one of very many Ford products I've purchased over the years and the first with a major problem.

 

I looked through the TSB's and recalls but I didn't find anything about a water leak.

 

Hello. I had a problem with wet carpet on the right passenger side of my 2017 Edge. The dealership replaced the seals around the door. I continued to smell the mold odor. So they took the vehicle back and replace rear carpet and padding. They also cleaned the front carpet as well. After two months the smell from the cleaner went away and wouldn't you know it, the moldy smell returned. I brought the car used about one year ago and i don't know what to do at this point.
