Has anyone experienced hesitation when accelerating to a higher speed?

 

I was experiencing this with my /08 edge. I bought it in March and did it here and there. In August the entire transmission gave out and I had to replace.

 

Hesitation is not always caused by a trans problem. Sometimes a questionable load of gasoline can cause this and go away after a few tankfuls.The addition of something that will pass the water through like "Heet" or other dry gas additive.can often get rid of that problem.
