Default 03 tribute / escape engine smoking

I bought what appeared to be a well maintained Mazda tribute 3.0 4X4. The car fax showed every oil change from birth to 76K at 3,000 mile intervals. I bought the best warranty from mazda available up to 100K. The vehicle now has 88K on it and it smokes blue terrible at start up. It even smokes blue at times while running down the road. I took it back to the dealer and they say the smoke is normal. It used almost a quart in under 200 miles. They told me that this is normal usage and they will not repair it. I have the warranty but how do I go about getting this repaired if the dealer won't fix it. I bought this truck as it was built by FORD. I've got other ford vehicles with 280 and over 300 K with the original motors and transmissions. What gives?

The dealer is full of it. I do not know Mazda but Ford's standard is 1 quart of oil in less than 1000 miles is a problem. The blue on startup is bad oil seals on the valves. If you remove the plugs you should be able to determine which cylinder or cylinders arethe culprit. Blue on the road warm is worn rings. It should also show a drop in cylinder pressure when check.
