Default 08 Escape stalls after running fine

I have a 2008 Escape Limited V6 with 127,000 miles. It drives and runs fine until I shut it off. Then shorty after I restart it and drive, it stalls almost immediately briefly then runs fine. It only does it after it’s been shut off and starts back up. No computer lights are coming on at anytime. I’ve changed the fuel filter and tried some fuel system cleaner with no success. Not sure if it could possibly be the fuel pump relay or actual fuel pump, maybe throttle body? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the site..

Will it stall if you hold the throttle open raising the idle just a bit, meaning not allowing it to come to a full idle....

Thanks for the reply. Yes it still stalls it the rpms don’t even move. I think it has something to do with the abs system. I just got that warning light on the dash a couple days later. I checked under the front tire and can see the gear ring separated. Will have to do more investigation when I’m able. Any idea if that would cause this symptom? Thanks again for the advice.
