Our 2002 XLT started to have random electrical problems tonight when my husband took it to work. The radio turned on and off, the ABS malfunctioned and the fob failed to lock it. This seems to turn up as a fuse corrosion issue due to leak in seals, but is it expensive to fix or something I could do myself? I don't think its still under warranty (bought in December) unless its really corroded and we could persuade them it was starting before we purchased it.

 

hello, are you sure the problem is a fuse corrosion issue due to leak in seals? if yes, you will not spend much money for this.
