2002 Mazda Tribute cigar/accesory porwer 6.21v after ignition off
 

I have a 2002 Mazda Tribute that has a parasitic draw one thing I notice with a car accessory volt meter shows 14.4 while running and then when I tur the ignition off the 2 accessory ports are still live and the volt meter plugged into either port shows 6.21v ...for now I pulled the 2 15amp fuses under the hood. Not sure if that will stop the draw...Ill test it with an actual volt meter bridging ground to battery. Anyone have a similar experience?

any hints at the root cause?

Look at diagram above you have the following:

Front power port: i-2033, fuse # 16, 15A (constant power)
Front cigar lighter port: i-2031, fuse # 14, 20A (switched power when ignition is in ACC/RUN position)
Rear power port: i-474, fuse # 18, 15A (constant power)

1) If you need to pull the fuses you pull only #16 (15A) and #14 (20A), why you pulled fuse #18?
2) You said ignition off there should still be power to your cigar port because your accessory relay has a timer, say 30 minutes, before it cuts off power completely.
3) Do not fully rely on LED voltage display type, yes, use a voltmeter to test, and test at battery terminals. If you test it at cigar port there might be a huge voltage drop there. If you think you need to monitor your battery get bluetooth battery monitor instead, check this thread.
And finally don't make conclusion that you have a parasitic draw solely based on whatever voltage shown on your LED voltage display. If you do have it then it usually is the problem with your accessory relay itself, or any device that's connected to it. Your power ports in the front and back they have constant power and straight forward, unless the previous owner of your Tribute did some kind of custom wiring you are not aware of.

If you have a copy of the owner's manual, it should tell you which relay controls what. You would look for the relay that controls the cigar lighter circuit. There is a good possibility that relay may be hanging up internally which in this case, just swapping it with another same relay and that could help confirm a possible relay problem.

You sure you have another accessory relay to swap?
To tell if your relay is bad is simple, normally the timer has a 15/30/45 minutes delay shutoff, 30 minutes is most common, if your cigar lighter port has constant power even after 2 or 3 hours, then you know it's bad. Just leave it plugged in, remove your key and lock your car. Come back in an hour or two and don't take your remote or FOB or key with you (doing so might trigger the relay to wake up and you have to start the process all over again), just look thru the window and check your LED voltage display see if it lights up still.
