Does anyone know where the coolant temperature sensor is located on a 2005 ford escape with a 4 cylinder engine? Please help. Thank you😩😩😩😩😩

 

Only the Cylinder head temp was used.
Centerd/top of the head between the spark plugs..

 

What do you mean? On top of the motor?

 

Installs between #2-3 cylinders, between the spark plugs...

Are you saying that there is no coolant temperature sensor because they sold me one that screws in but it's not long enough and it doesn't match up. is there a coolant temperature sensor located somewhere else? The connector is the same but the size of the sensor and the size of the threads are different.

 

What's the part number?

 

The part number that they sold me is made by bwd and the part number is wt3058.

3.0 6 has a temp sender, 2.3 4 has cylinder head temp.

Ran that number and it shows to not even fit a 05 Escape application..
