I bought a 2008 XLS w/ manual transmission about two weeks ago. It was a dealer trade & it came with Ford vent shades and a bug deflector. The vent shades are the "peel & stick" kind. They look & fit okay but I woundn't have purchased them if they hadn't already been installed. I did hear a bit of wind noise on the front (driver) window when driving into a headwind (window closed).
