Greetings.

I have an 08 escape (3.0 4wd) and recently i'm seeing a puddle of fluid under the engine about right dead center of the car. there's no smell to it really, seems clear and slippery.

I've heard there's an issue with the trans cooler/condensor fluid leaking on the 2008 models. would this be where it would leak from? I haven't really noticed any issues shifting, though a few times i did get a bit of a thud from the rear differential when it shifted on maybe 2 or 3 occasions since I've had it (got it in May)

the escape has about 82k on it now.

any advice would be mucho appreciated!
