Default 2011 Escape front end rattling

Searching that gives me tons of hits. Mine is rattling now. May 2022, I replaced both front and back sway bars and that resolved the rattling. A few weeks ago, rattling is back and seems to be coming from the front left side. I did a quick inspection of the sway bars and both fronts are nice and tight. I have no problem replacing both front struts as they have not been replaced since I've owned the vehicle. But, I'm not one of those guys that just throws parts at it until I find something that fixes the issue. I'd like to know going into this that I've checked and made (at least 95%) certain that struts are the fix.

Can someone please give me some guidance on how to check those struts and ball joints and anything else that I will check when I have the front end in the air.

I have the same issue. The garage I go to says I need to change a few things, the cars been due a major service for a while now so there are other things that need to be changed as well.

This is what I assume are the parts linked to the issue,

Tie Rod End
Link Rod
Balancer Rod Bush
