I've been experiencing issues with my front end making various noises.

First, it stared with a "click click click" when turning. Struts replaced, noise went away for 1-2 days.
Next, loud screeching noise when turning the steering wheel right or left. Didn't matter if the car was moving or not. Control arm replaced. Have video, no idea how to convert.

Now the car makes a deep whistling sound, almost sounds like blowing in a glass bottle or possibly rusty metal? My dad who has been working on the car insists he doesn't see anything else, but there clearly isn't something right. No clue what to look at next. Seems like I can feel something under my driver seat when this happens?

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?
