No sound after battery was replaced. Couldn't reset anything. Ford dealership wanted $210 for diagnostics alone. Estimated repair cost total was $900-$1100. Decided to try an old trick. Disconnected the positive battery post for 30 minutes, reconnected and BOOM! All my settings were still intact, and audio was perfect. Might not work under some circumstances, but sure glad that I tried it.
