i'm having a problem with android auto not working on my car when plugged in using the usb cord. i using a Galaxy 9+. android auto has work before. when i plug in the phone using the usb, the map & Android Auto will appear and the maps will launch automatically. once launched, it will close. Map and Android Auto will also disappear. no longer able o use.i have 2 android phones setup for this car. It does for both phones. any help will be great

 

Does anyone know where I could get help for this? Is there a help page or phone number I could call?
