I just purchased a new 2023 Ford Escape St-Line Hybrid (2.5l) and I have a question regarding the automatic windows.

On My 2017 Escape, I was able to auto up and down any windows. On this 2023 model, only the driver side have auto down (no auto up) and nothing automatic for the 3 others.

Anybody know why? A feature not available on the ST-Line vs the Select?

I answered my own question, this is only available on t he ST-Line Select model (401A) package.

 

We purchased a new 2023 Escape Hybrid ST-Line and it's the same as yours but, a few weeks ago we went into the dealership to look at a possible swap. (We're going through the lemon law process.) We drove a new 2024 ST-Line Hybrid and it has both on all windows,
