Can't play audio files from the flash drive
Hi, I'm new to this forum and I hope that my question is not redundant.
We have a 2010 Ford Escape XLT
I put some audio files on a flash drive (.wma). The files play on my laptop but when I insert the flash drive into the USB port in the dash, nothing happens.
I have followed the directions in the Sync manual. The drive shows up recognized but no music is playing. According to the manual, it's supposed to accept .wma/ .wav/ .mps files.
What am I doing wrong? Does anybody have this problem?
I'll appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks in advance. Ann
