New member here. We have a 2021 Escape Hybrid and we are having problems making and receiving calls through the blue tooth connection. The call connects ok, but the conversation is always in Privacy mode and the conversation is heard on the phone speaker. By pressing the "Privacy" icon on the dash screen, the conversation goes to the car speakers. We are making the calls with our Iphone 14 Pro. If we use our Samsung Galaxy 23, the call automatically goes to the auto speakers when the call connects. From a hands free perspective, this is the expected behavior.

Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions on how to correct?
