Floor mat retainer clips

Floor mat retainer clips

My round clip (that the floor mat attaches on to) is coming undone from the carpet - anyone having this problem or know how to fix this?

Glue it back in place, be careful not to get extra glue on the carpeting or it will never come out and look bad.
