Default How to replace side mirror glass?
Hi,
I broke my drivers side door side mirror on my 2012 Escape, I have a replacement mirror glass ordered but was wondering how to replace this? Does the whole mirror head have to come off?

Move the mirror glass to the full upward and full inward position. Theres 2 release tabs on the lower mirror attachment. Release the outer, then inboard clips..

Where did you order just the glass? Some biker rode by my lady and punched her mirror out

I bought just the glass mirror prt on Ebay. $105.00 It was a factory Ford part.
