Hello~ every one!

My Escape is 2010 2.5L 4cyl

Few days ago I got engine check light and my escape engine was not soft.
So I checked with Autel scanner and than show No.1 & No.3 misfire detected massage.I exchanged No.1 and No.2, No.3 and No.4 but still engine spluttered and Autel show me same massage.All injectors have been replaced with new ones but still engine spluttered and show No.1 misfire detected.
I exchanged spark plug but same.
and I unplugged ignition coil connector No.1 still spluttered.. now Autel show me No.1 misfire detected.Is there another cause? and what should i do?

p.s> Compression pressure normal.
