Car shaking upon acceleration / 2014 Escape
Long story short. Over the past month I’ve felt a noticeable vibration towards the rear drivers side wheel of the car. With more vibration during idling. Took it to a ford dealer, they advised everything under the car was good. Axles were good, nothing wrong with the tires. Only happens when I accelerate but there is no check engine light on. This vibration comes and goes, the longer I’m driving it the more it shakes. Please help it’s so damn stressful

both. Engine sounds more rough lately. Dealership said only bring it in if the check engine light is on. I can feel the shaking with my foot on the pedal at higher speeds. Again they said no problem with the wheels

If you have something like an Autozone around, they will usually check your vehicle for any codes saved to memory. At no charge to you. I am beginning to wonder if what you are trying to describe may be a possible engine misfire problem. If that is the case , a code(s) should be stored in the vehicle computer memory. Can you do this?
If there are any codes, please post them here and we might be able to offer some useful suggestions.
