Default problems after 10B15 trans reprogram 2009 escape

Hello all!

We recently had the 10B15 reprogram done on our 2009 Escape V6 4X4. The tranny wasn't great from the get-go, as I am sure I don't need to tell some of you! The shifting was much improved afterwards, and it eliminated the hesitation from a dead stop, which drove me nuts. But after about a week, things went downhill. Now, roughly 1 month later, it is all over the map. Hard shifts, slipping shifts, lazy shifts with shift flare( usually 5-6 shift), and a few times after being on the highway then coming to a stop, a jolting "drop" from 1-2! It's worse than it's ever been, and you never know what it will do when you hit the gas. It is not consistent with it's actions, which I think has made it more difficult for the Ford tech to confirm( or maybe just not want to). Still, it is very frustrating to have this from a new vehicle. Closest dealership is a hour's drive away! What a pain! Anyways, any comments or insight into this is welcome. Thanks!!
