I had the same issue on my 2008, take a toothpick and in the holes of the sprayer head clean them out with the toothpick. It worked for me. Let me know if it works for you!

Front sprays working, rear nozzle not dispatching windshield wiper fluid on rear windshield. I have also been browsing CFMOTO accessories for a separate project I am currently working on. But the main issue remains that the rear nozzle is not dispatching windshield wiper fluid on the rear windshield.
Dose anyone know what the problem is, Please help.
Most likely the hose running through the rear hatch hinge. It kinks or pops off at that point from repeated opening and closing. Open the rear hatch and inspect the hose carefully along the hinge area. If hose is fine try clearing the nozzle with a pin as mineral deposits block these easily. Also check the small one way check valve in the line as failure there stops fluid reaching the rear nozzle entirely.
