1991 escort. NO SPARK

I have a 91 escort that has no spark. Had the igniton control module tested. It failed and was replaced, still no spark. Any advise?

coil was tested and good, they ( auto zone) suggested crank sensor. Unable to remove at this time. Can't tell if it's a torqes head or allen head. What a bitch to get at. Frustarated and lookin for answers.
