Default Changed spark plugs now No spark No start

E 250 2000 v8
I changed the plugs on the van, hooked everything back up, and the engine cranks, but wont turn over. So the troubleshooting begins

there is power to the coils (COP ignition).
there is no signal to them that I can see.

the crank shaft position sensor measures 400 ohms and sends A/C current when the engine is cranked

PCM relay and diode are tested and fine
All fuses are fine
battery is completely charged

I can hear the fuel pump kick on when the engine is turned on and the inertia switch is fine.

Maybe a short from when the coils were moved ?
Thoughts?

It 2000 has Coil over plug ignition
it has about 150,000 miles on it
the wire harness appears to be in okay shape.

Does anyone have a pcm diagram?

If the truck ran prior to changing the plugs , possibly accidentally created a bad connection in the wiring that sends the crank signal to the PCM which then signals the coils to fire.
