My 90 ford escort lx will run fin when I start it up. Then continue to run well until I turn off the ignition. When I try to restart the car it will rev up out of gear but when I put it in gear and try to drive it the car “bogs” out. I can floor the accelerator and the rpms and speed will not really change. I know it is something over heating but I am not sure what would cause this issue. I have replaced the spark plugs, the spark plug wires, fuel filter, and air filter. The alternator was recently replaced also. Any thoughts on the matter would be greatly appreciated
