My 1991 Ford Escort makes a clicking or popping sound every time I turn left or right. What could the problem be. It's manual drive with no power steering. I have to turn the wheel 360 degrees almost to turn left or right. Sometimes it doesn't do the noise when it's really cold. Please Help.

 

You need new drive axles, the CV joint are wearn out. I wouldn't worry to much though it souldn't cost to much. axles are about 60.00 bucks in most cases
