Hello, all. I'm brand new here, so I'll start by telling you about myself.
I'm 38, married, 3 kidsand work as a Fire Fighter in Cincinnati, Ohio

Now on to my problem. I just got a 93 Escort wagon, for what I think is a good deal. I know it will needs a transmission (automatic). I'm looking at doing it myself. I consider myself pretty good with tools, so I think I can replace it, But I'd like to know what I might be in for. I did buy a Haynes Manual from the local parts stores, it tells you how, and it seems pretty ok to do, Little time consuming, but I can deal with that. Any info on this would be great. Thanks
