Default 94 LX Wagon Seatbelt Relay

I have a 94 LX Wagon. Runs great except the driver's side seatbelt won't open with the door. I have replaced the entire assembly, burt same problem. I was told it is a relay, but can't find a diagram showing where it is. Anyone have a diagram? Thanks for the help guys, apparently it is in the control module under the driver's seat. Replaced it and it works fine now.

I'm not sure of this because I've never had to try it, but I've been told that there's a switch on the door latch in the door and that many times you can remove the latch and clean the switch and the electrical connections going to it, plug it back in and the seat belt will start working correctly.
