I have a '97 escort i picked up for $150 because the air bags went off. Im using it as a race car for the "turkey trot" and i need to know if i NEED to have the second O2 sensor, the one behind the motor. When i was pulling the old exhaust off, i broke it. All i need it to do is run good for about 50 laps around a 3/8 mile oval.
