My daughters car wouldn't start after her work shift. Some freinds tried to start it for her and they flooded it so bad the plugs were dripping. I found the coil had a broken terminal in the plug. I installed a coil and plugs. It tries to fire but backfires. I am wondering if they tried crossing wires. How is the best way to unflood an engine?
The way the wires are on the coil now are 3 2
4 1 with 1 being the lower right one when looking at engine from front.

I changed coil again. Works perfect now. Coil had a hairline crack in it.
